Located in the tourist center of Puerto del Carmen, the three-star-resort is literally one step from the delicious beach of Matagorda, which proudly shows its Blue Flag. The golden-sand beach is bordered by a charming promenade with a wide gastronomy and shopping offer. Closing your eyes and breathing the sea breeze, opening them and admiring the immense blue at your feet is quite an experience.

Las Gaviotas THe Home Collection causes surprise due to its wide open-air spaces and the typical architecture in white and green colors that contrasts with Lanzarote's lapilli stones. Our complex has 133 completely independent apartments divided in seven sectors with their own pool. Four of the seven pools are heatable in the winter season and three of them count with an enabled space for children. The resort also disposes of a restaurant-buffet and a snack bar.
